Achim Hagenau and his farm neighbor Bärbel Ramsbächle have been happily married for five years. What the former city doctor and current farmer Achim doesn't realize is that Bärbel has been worried about his health for some time. She is convinced that Achim's heart won't play ball much longer if he doesn't finally take a step back.
