A college student, Spencer, parties with a friend, Ethan, and uses drugs to escape the overwhelming stress of everyday life, but what starts as a fun way to cope quickly spirals into nightmarish hallucinations. As her grip on reality weakens, she struggles to distinguish between what is real and what’s imagined.
