In a family with both civil servant parents, Tutik (F77) who is a retired teacher (civil servant), has 2 children with one civil servant, Iwan (M42) and one non-civil servant, Ika (F45). Meanwhile, Ika, chose not to follow in the footsteps of her parents and chose to become a private employee. With two different career views, this family still respects each other.
