While Ayşe and her friends are singing among themselves, the nightclub owner, Murat Bey, hears Ayşe's voice. Murat Bey is deeply moved by Ayşe's voice and decides to make her a big singer. As Ayşe climbs the ladder of success, she realizes that Murat Bey is in love with her. However, Ayşe is in love with a young engineer named Metin.
